The developer behind the Bucks Meadow planning application has taken the issue to the High Court.
Clovercourt Fusion had put forward plans to build 34 houses and flats on the Bucks Meadow Riding School site, which sits on the corner of Bucks Avenue and Sherwoods Road in Oxhey Village.
However the proposals were refused by both Hertsmere and Watford councils’ planning committees.
