Hertfordshire police have announced a new community messaging system called Herts Connected. This will replace the ‘OWL’ neighbourhood alert scheme and will become active from 1 April 2024.
Through Herts Connected, you can choose to receive free messages from the police, Neighbourhood Watch and other agencies.
