The application for Mayfair Bungalow will go to the next Development Control Committee meeting on 22 October 2013. The agenda can be accessed at:

You will see that I have submitted similar objections to last time and
that county officers are recommending this for refusal. I will be at the
meeting to ensure that the plans are refused and that action is taken to
remove the unauthorised use.
