Our beautiful green spaces are coming under increasing attack from development and we need to work harder than ever to protect them for future generations.
That’s why we’re looking for someone to join the OVEG committee as our new planning officer.
As our planning officer, you’ll work with the committee to keep an eye on local planning applications, ask questions from developers, and help us make positive change.
No experience of local planning is necessary (although if you have any experience, it would be very helpful!). All you need is an enthusiasm for maintaining Oxhey Village as a great place to live, work and visit. As a volunteer, any time you can offer will be appreciated.
Joining the committee is a great way to meet new people, give back to the community, and work alongside a team of local volunteers who try their best to make a difference… while also having a bit of fun along the way.
