The OVEG Summer Fayre is BACK and will take place on Saturday 18 June 2022, from 1pm to 5pm on Oxhey Green. Follow updates and tag us in your Instagram posts @oxheyvillage.
We can’t wait to get our community back together for one of our favourite events and would love you to join us again this year for a day of fun, food and fundraising for local causes. You can book online here.
We know the pandemic has been tough for a lot of businesses and charities so we have kept our stall prices at 2019 levels however If you are able, we are additionally requesting that all stall holders donate a prize for our raffle/tombola. Please indicate on your booking form if you are able to make a contribution? All contributions are hugely appreciated and help OVEG raise funds for community support, activities and further events.
Prices are as follows per stall. For those with a gazebo, we are grateful that you keep to around 3m x 3m to enable space for all our stall holders;
- £15 per stall/table for private individuals and small charities
- £35 per stall/table for small businesses and national charities
- Commercial pitches (e.g. food stalls, larger businesses) prices are available by arrangement. We would request that 20% of profits on the day are donated to OVEG
Space is at a premium so please do book early. Please complete the web-form which you can find here then send payment CHEQUE OR CASH (hand deliver cash only) to the address below with an indication of who you are or pay by bank transfer using the details below:

Please make payment no later than 30/04/2022 and to confirm your space. Commercial pitches will be asked to pay on the day at the end of the event.
Your position on the green will be confirmed once all bookings are made and we will do our best to accommodate usual pitches and requests as always. Please note that once your stall position has been allocated this cannot be changed. Each stall position will be marked with a number on the field we ask that they are respected.
Stallholders can set up between 10am until 12pm. In order to operate a safe environment, no cars will be permitted on the green after 12pm. A strict no parking policy along Hensby Mews will be in operation.
To try and offer visitors a variety of products, we invite you to be as creative as possible with what you sell/do on your table. Unfortunately we are unable to provide electricity and please note we do not accept generators at the event.
The fayre does book up quickly and spaces are primarily on a first come first served basis, although a selection process may take place to ensure variety.
