If you’d like a stall at our Summer Fayre here is all the info…
The OVEG Summer Fayre is now in its 47th year and will take place on the 10th of June from 1pm – 5pm on Oxhey Green.
We would love you to join us again this year for a day of fun, food and fundraising for local causes.
Prices are as follows per stall. For those with a gazebo, this should be no larger than 3m wide by 3m deep;
- £20 per stall/table for private individuals and small charities
- £40 per stall/table for small businesses and national charities
- Commercial pitches (e.g. food stalls, larger businesses), we would request that 20% of profits on the day are donated to OVEG

Please return to me no later than 30/04/2023 and I will confirm your space number upon receipt of the completed web form, and payment (excluding commercial pitches) two weeks before the 10th June. We will endeavour to allocate your desired stall position but this may not always be possible. Please note that once your stall position has been allocated this cannot be changed. Each stall position will be marked with a number on the field and must be respected
Stallholders will need to set up from 10am until 12pm. No cars will be permitted on the green after 12pm. Please note that a strict no parking policy along Hensby Mews will be in operation for health and safety reasons.
Please note that we no longer accept generators at the event.
To try and offer visitors a variety of products, we would welcome and encourage you to be as creative as possible with what you sell on your table.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide electricity and please note that we no longer accept generators at the event.
The fayre does book up quickly so spaces are on a first come first served basis so please do book early, and a selection process may take place to ensure variety.
Please ensure you bring an adequate float for your stall as OVEG cannot provide change
