APPEAL FOR WITNESSES – PLEASE HELP!
OVEG have been asked for their assistance in the following matter.
Were you in Attenborough Fields on the evening of Tuesday 14 July sometime between 6.15pm and 8.30pm? Did you see the horses being moved by two men in a van from the lower field (adjoining Cross Road and the Oxhey Village Green playground) up to the top field (alongside Merry Hill Road, Bushey)?
The RSPCA is looking for witnesses who can help establish the circumstances surrounding the death of a young mare and her foal when a birth went drastically wrong. If you saw the van moving the horses please contact us in confidence at info@oveg.org.
