Refuse collection vehicles are currently experiencing problems getting around the corners of Grover Road due to parking issues. Please assist Watford Borough Council in their collections on Grover Road by leaving a reasonable gap (approximately 10 metres or more) between the corner of the road and your car from 6am onwards on a Tuesday morning.
