New Hope, in conjunction with Watford Borough Council, are upgrading their cold weather shelter programme for those rough sleeping in our town. With the support of local churches, New Hope and Watford Borough Council are providing overnight accommodation throughout December and January.
However, with that comes the challenge of making sure there are volunteers for each night. New Hope are looking for volunteers to join them to help man these shelters.
