We are pleased to report that plans to develop the waste processing site on Oxhey Lane were rejected by Hertfordshire County Council’s development control committee. Stephen Giles-Medhurst spoke against the proposal. He is now making sure that enforcement action is taken to stop any illegal activity there. We understand that the developers are planning to submit a revised application although we do not believe that they will be able to overcome the reasons for refusal.
