Our AGM and village social was held at Villiers Coffee House on Thursday 20 March 2025.
We were delighted to see such a strong turnout for our annual event, where we bring together our members and the wider community. It was a great opportunity to talk with neighbours, reflect on activities from the last year, and look forward to what 2025 has in store.
Some of the highlights included:
- Our membership has seen a steady increase, but we always need your help to encourage friends, family and neighbours to join
- We’ve worked hard to increase member benefits, including a re-vamped magazine, exclusive email news updates, and priority event booking for OVEG members
- A look ahead to the new (much needed!) OVEG website, due to launch later this year
- We updated our constitution and elected new committee members
- We celebrated the success of our environment sub-group and their efforts to increase sustainability and biodiversity
