Watford Community Lottery

The Watford Community Lottery is a chance to win £25,000 while supporting Oxhey Village in the process.

Tickets cost just £1 each week, with a top prize of £25,000, and a better chance of winning a prize compared to the National Lottery or the Health Lottery.

If you choose to support OVEG when you buy your ticket, we’ll receive half of the funds. For every £1 ticket purchased, 50p stays within our community, helping to fund our work in the village; regardless of whether you win.

To put that into perspective, when you play the National Lottery, just 25% of funds are donated to good causes, with no guarantee that our community will see any of the benefits.

Since the Watford Community Lottery launched, OVEG has received more than £500 in funding thanks to
the players who have chosen to support us. As a not-for-profit community organisation, run entirely by volunteers, every penny is vital for us to continue the important task of working on behalf of residents.

How does the Watford Community Lottery work?

Every ticket has six numbers, with each number between 0 and 9. There will be a draw every Saturday night when a six-digit winning combination is selected. Prizes will be given to players with tickets that match the first or last two-to-six numbers from the winning combination. Match all six and you win the jackpot.
