Watford councillors refused the Bucks Meadow planning application at last night’s development control committee.
At the meeting, councillors discussed the proposals put forward by Clovercourt Fusion to build 34 houses and flats on the Bucks Meadow Riding School site, which sits on the corner of Bucks Avenue and Sherwoods Road in Oxhey Village.
