Watford Borough Council has written to Hertsmere regarding its concerns around the Bucks Meadow development.
This follows yesterday’s meeting at the council. In their response to Hertsmere, Watford will outline their concerns about the changes in design quality from the previous proposal for 24 properties. They will also call on Hertsmere to ensure that community benefits such as the re-instalment of the pond, new benches and further tree planting are guaranteed by the new developer.
