The developer behind the Bucks Meadow planning application has submitted a revised plan to local authorities.
This follows the refusal of the previous planning application for 34 dwellings, by both Watford Borough Council and Hertsmere Borough Council. the applicant, Clovercourt Fusion, has now submitted a revised planning application.
Developer Clovercourt has submitted an amended application for 27 dwellings. It can be viewed on the Hertsmere planning portal by searching for reference number 16/2272/FUL. Representations must be submitted by 2 January 2017.
Local councillor Peter Taylor will be joining us next week at a meeting with Hertsmere planning officers, where we will discuss this proposal.
