Jumble Trail 2021

The Oxhey Village Jumble Trail was held on Saturday 31 July 2021. Stalls sold items including bric-a-brac, toys, cakes and vintage clothes.

It was fantastic to see so many people turn out for the Jumble Trail. This was our first event in quite some time, owing to circumstances posed the Covid-19 pandemic.

We raised more than £400 for Small Acts of Kindness; a Watford-based charity that aims to reduce loneliness and isolation for older people. The funds will help towards the cost of purchasing essential keep warm items for older people, including blankets, hats, gloves and socks.

We very grateful to Chloe Hancock who made it possible by arranging all 65 of our stalls, Wilf Hudson for bringing smiles and general positivity, landlord Chris Pryke for allowing us to set up outside The Rifle Volunteer, and to Watford mayor Peter Taylor for launching the event.
