Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity to look back on the past year and share our plans for the next 12 months, and beyond. We also vote in our committee members.

In recent years, we have incorporated the AGM as part of our OVEG Social event. In doing so, we are able to cover the ‘formalities’ while also making creating a chance to chat with neighbours, meet the OVEG team, and discuss the issues of the day in a relaxed environment.

It’s an open door policy and all Oxhey Village residents are welcome. It’s your opportunity to chat with neighbours, meet the OVEG team, and have a drink or two on us.

The AGM has been held once a year ever since our inception in 1974, excluding on 2020 and 2021, when ‘social distancing’ was implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

To ensure you’re amongst the first to know about future AGMs, and other OVEG events, can become an OVEG member. As a member, you’ll be able to vote at the AGM and put yourself forward for a role on the committee, if you wish.
