After a few years away, OVEG’s official Oxhey Village Jumble Trail returns to your street on Saturday 12 September 2026.
But what is the Jumble Trail? A jumble trail is like a car boot sale, but on your street. You set up a stall outside your house to sell bric-a-brac, toys, books, clothes, food, or anything else you have to offer.
We coordinate the event and provide visitors with a map to explore the treasures on sale around the village.
This year, we’ll be raising money for Watford Food Bank, a fantastic local charity that does amazing work for people in crisis. All proceeds from the event will support local people in taking their first steps out of poverty.
How can you get involved?
Each stall holder pays a £5 donation to be on the official map. On the day, visitors can buy a map for £1. All proceeds from the event are donated to Watford Food Bank.
If you’d like to host a stall, email jumble@oveg.org. In order to be on the official map, your stall must be registered, and your donation paid, by 28 August.
