Oxhey Sounds are thrilled to welcome the London Tango Quintet to Bushey & Oxhey Methodist Church on Saturday 25 October at 19.30.
The all-star band includes Grammy-nominated guitarist Craig Ogden, international accordion soloist (and Watford resident) Miloš Milivojevic, David Juritz, who achieved fame busking around the world with his violin but who also leads session orchestras on many film soundtracks, as well as local boy David Gordon on piano, and leading session bassist Richard Pryce.
The group is drawn together by their love of tango; music of intense feeling, drama and tenderness. They are joined for this concert from France by singer Carmen Subiela. Not to be missed.
