The Oxhey Village Environment Group Annual General Meeting was held on 5 March 1979. It took place in the Galahad Room at Bushey & Oxhey Methodist Church.
The following members were elected to the OVEG committee:
- Chairman – Marion Cannard
- Treasurer – Geoffrey Greenstreet
- Correspondence Secretary – Mrs Pat Mackay
- Membership Secretary – Mrs K Prince
- Newsletter Secretary – Leslie Parrish
- Committee member – Mr G Bellamy
