The Oxhey Village Environment Group Annual General Meeting was held on 29 January 1990. It took place in the Galahad Room at Bushey & Oxhey Methodist Church.
The following members were elected to the OVEG committee:

- Membership Secretary – Marion Cannard
- Talks Secretary – Ann Covington
- Newsletter Secretary – Leslie Dunlop
- Village Liaison Officer – Geoffrey Greenstreet
- Committee member – Ted Parrish
- Committee member – Peggy Parrish
- Committee member – Ian Savage
- Committee member – John ffitch
- Committee member – Stuart Higley
*Betty Conner stood down from the chair role as she had moved out of the area. The committee were unable to secure a willing chair in time for the AGM.
