Lucy Dixon to perform for Oxhey Sounds

The next Oxhey Sounds concert will see sensational singer and tap dancer Lucy Dixon perform at Bushey and Oxhey Methodist Church.

Lucy, the former star of global hit show Stomp, is travelling from her home in Paris to play for Oxhey Sounds. She is equally at ease in the swing tradition as in the eclectic world of songwriters such as Kurt Weill, Fran Landesman, David Bowie, Thelonious Monk, Leonard Cohen, and even a reworking from ‘Winterreise’ by Schubert.

Together with the David Gordon Trio, the show will be full of tasty groove, humour, deep emotion. Lucy’s exquisite tap-dancing adds an extra dimension to the music. This is the start of the tour in which the group will play London, Normandy and Paris.

The concert will take place on Saturday 7 March 2026. Find out more and book your seats on the Oxhey Sounds ticket page.
