Developers are holding a public consultation on their proposals to build on land to the south of Oxhey Lane.
Hartcran Investments plan to build up to 50 properties on Grange Wood – a piece of land that sits roughly behind the Load of Hay pub and next to Oxhey Bowls Club.
The consultation appears to be led by estate agents Savills who note that they are ‘looking forward to engaging with stakeholders.’
The drop-in event will take place on Monday 12 October 2026, at Bushey & Oxhey Methodist Church, between 15:00 and 19:00.
Representatives from OVEG will also be attending.
