It was great to see people out and about enjoying last night’s solar eclipse.
On Wednesday 12 August 2026, we saw dozens of people on Oxhey Village Green wearing ‘eclipse sunglasses’ or attempting to catch a glimpse of the solar natural phenomenon using colanders and doctored cereal boxes.
