The 2026 OVEG Summer Fayre will take place this year on Saturday 13 June… and we need your help.
To make the day a great success, we need as many boots on the ground as possible. That’s why we are completely reliant on the tremendous support of our volunteers.
However we are short of volunteers for the 2026 fayre and we’d love your support!
Some of the ways you can volunteer at the Summer Fayre include:
- Event set up (assembling gazebos, tables, fencing, and preparing the tombola and raffle)
- Managing OVEG activities and stalls, such as the bouncy castle, tombola, raffle tickets, and dog show tickets
- Putting everything away once the fayre has wrapped up
Volunteering with OVEG is a great way to meet new people while giving back to the community. Some of our younger residents volunteer as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award activities.
